Bayport International Holdings, Inc. began in 2004.  In 2010 that Bayport moved its corporate office to Las Vegas, Nevada.  On July 7, 2011, Bayport International Holdings, Inc. took control of Exit Only, Inc., a Nevada public company.

Bayport International Holding, Inc. is primarily made up of two distinct divisions. These divisions consist of the Mining Division and the Oil & Gas Division.
